NWFC 13 Relentless FEB 19 Tarkio MO who beats who and how?
Cant say who I think will win the fights they all look great to me. Still have a couple open so keep posted on who is fills the spots. But my pick for fight of the night is Cramner vs Minner in the cont fight. Also a close second is Ford vs Wright. Tate is comming out of Lincoln has great jits!! Ford a great fighter all around will be a battle. So what fights are you guys looking forward to. Who do you think wins and how?
WOW great fights in Falls City. What did you guys think about the show?
I really enjoyed the show guys. Fighters who showed up ready to fight thank you!! The night started off kind of ruff with a couple guys comming in overweight. Also we had two no call no shows… Are you serious guys.. Do you just want to get your name on a fight card to make you look like a fighter? A fighter is someone who shows up ready to fight. Perfect example is Jarred Rafferty fighting the flu he shows up. He fights! He is a fighter. Fighers are very rarely 100 percent healthy. This is a ruff sport we all have had injuries. We all are battling something. I had guys fight last night with strained muscles. Thanks Chico I am talking about you although Injured you still compete why because you are a fighter. I get calls from people interested in fighting all the time. The first question I ask is are you going to show?? I always get a yes. My grandfather told me all you have is your word without that you are nothing. I have had so many exuses the last couple weeks it made me sick. Me personally I have fought with cracked ribs a elbow that went the wrong direction thanks to sawedoff about breaking it. I showed up 2 weeks later to fight. I dont say these things to boost my ego or to make me look tuff. I believe this is part of being a fighter. Is fight through the pain. Now don’t mistake me comments for those who have legit injuries that will keep a person from fighting. Levi Handley had a serious shoulder injury totally understandable. Josh Hopkins I understand had serious back problems. These things I understand. But most of all what upsets me the most is someone who cant even call us to say “I can’t make the show for whatever reason”. SO just like a job we don’t tolerate this. You guys know who you are and you will NEVER fight for us again. I will make sure the promoters in the area know about you. Im getting off of my soap box for now
On Second Note thank you guys so much who take this serious. I was very impressed with Thomas Georges and Christopher Mesnard that was a great fight those dont come every day. You guys both showed alot of heart and should be a model for fighters wanting to know what it takes.
Frank Gardner vs Chico Frank showed alot of new techniques on the ground very impressed. Chico fighting through injury just showed a little better skill and pulled off this victory. Chico hell of a fight and glad to have you fight with us anytime.
Ralph Butterbaugh and Jay Deever glad to see both of these guys fight it was a great fight Ralph pulls off the victory and showed old man strength. Glad to have you back in action Ralph.
Corey Roberts and James Smith the bad blood ends and wow was this fight electric!! Congrads on the new title Corey. Corey really impresed me really pushed the pace. The head kick sounded like a thud man that was vicious. Hats off to James Smith to still be on his feet and trying to regain composure. Showed alot of heart and deff that he wasnt just going to give up without a fight.
Jason Russell vs James Reed that was a battle both fighters looked good both trying to evolve themselves into a great fighter. Keep training keep working hard the talent is there for both of you but the harder you work the better you will get.
Kevin Gray vs Coleman Kevin Gray is deff on his way up and was a huge win!!
Olin Dotson vs Ethan Underwood that was a great fight! All three rounds Olin looks like he has potential to be a great fighter. Pulling off a win in his debut vs Ethan who is a solid competitor. Hats off to both fighters going the distance fighting through the pain and finishing the fight.
Proctor vs Rafferty was a battle but Rafferty got caught. Rafferty having tons of experience has shown he is a competitor and Proctor came in and surprised alot of people showing that number of fights doesnt make a diffrence if you train hard and take the sport serious you can do anyting.
Chance Thackston vs Ben Wallingford both guys from great schools I knew this would be a great fight. This being the bloodiest fight Wallingford gets opend up and shows heart and keeps on fighting through the pain. Was a great fight and hats off to both guys.
John Schaffner vs Chris Eden was a battle John was the upperhand for the beginning and then Chris landed some solid GNP and ended up finishing the fight with the reff stoping it. Congradulations to Chris you are the well deserved new 205lb champion and deffentley raising some eyebrows.
Josh Knight and Rakim was a battle Josh was stuck in some real sticky situations a couple times with Rakim having him stuck in the guitine deep Josh fought through the fight and eventually ending the fight in the end of the first retaining his title.
Overall great fights! Even better great fans. Falls City really came out and supported the show and seems to be a great place for NWFC. We want to put out a huge thank you to your City and look forward to comming back someday.
What did you guys think?
Take Care and God Bless
